Key objectives of our 3 year Strategic Plan
2008-2011 are:

To increase support to families by expanding organiser hours.
- Maintain and increase, if appropriate, the
number of active volunteers to ensure a minimum of 74 families are
supported by home visiting each year.
- Secure adequate funding
to operate the scheme.
- To work in partnership with
statutory, voluntary and community organisations to develop the scheme.
